FEES FOR SERVICE - ONLY IF we get a reduction in your taxes!

CONTINGENCY FEE

Our fees are based on a percentage of the tax savings actually realized. We believe our contingency fee arrangement is the most beneficial to the property owner/occupier for the following reasons:

  • a fee is charged ONLY IF a reduction in taxes has been realized
  • the fee is based on the NET tax rebate/credit realized
  • if a reduction in taxes is not realized, the client does not pay any fee
  • there are no hidden administration charges or disbursement fees
  • you do not pay our fee until after you have ACTUALLY RECEIVED the tax reduction/credit from the municipality
  • this in effect means, you cannot be out-of-pocket for the services we provide
  • Prestige pays all appeal filing fees and does not request reimbursement for these expenses
  • the contingency fee arrangement ensures that you will receive the maximum reduction in taxes
  • our contingency fee is among the lowest in the industry
  • other fee options are available to our clients, if requested
